Spray Incident at Five Rivers, Oregon on May 9, 2003
No 1. Taken from west corner of our property, looking roughly NE. The split top fir tree at center is at
the head of our spring. Our property line
runs from just left of the split-top fir down to just left of the bottom left corner of the photo. The
helicopter is over our pasture heading for
the spring.
No 2. Taken from same spot as No 1. The helicopter is circling the
split top fir at the head of our
spring.
No. 3 Helicopter flying over our pasture. The black horse at center of
pasture left of tree near the road is the thoroughbred with emphysema,
whose owner boards him here because the clean air and food prevent his
symptoms. The pony shed is to the right of the horse, our garden is
about 100 feet beyond the shed.
No. 4 Helicopter spraying directly over spring, which runs down from
split-top fir tree.
